Grüner Tieguanyin Iron Goddess Sheng Cha Lotusblüte Dongfang Meiren or Bai HauDieser Grne Tie Guan Yin (Tieguanyin) is really a bit unusual, because this tea was made from the Tie Guan Yin cultivar as it should be, but it was not fermented but instead expanded like a green tea and then lightly roasted. That's why it got its name Sheng Cha, which means raw (unfermented) tea. Like our other Tieguanyin siblings that you can find in our online shop, this tea comes from a small tea garden in the Lishan cultivation area at about 2600
