The hem was taken up by hand about 1 1 2" and it can easily be taken down by pulling out the stitches. Front metal zipper, Peter Pan collar with bow to tie at neck. Retro atomic cottage floral, cotton plisse (not seersucker). Skirt really has a lot of volume. Teardrop pockets!! With bows!! This is iconic early 50s fashion and truly will remind you of 1950s icon, Lucille Ball. Soaked clean, no flaws.
