60's Black Sleeveless Scoop Neck Dress by Richard Warren 100 cotton flannel Measurements: Chain is 31" LThis simple black dress from the 1960s is slim cut thru the bodice and then falls into a tulip shaped skirt for a beautiful hourglass silhouette. Cut from heavy cotton the dress is entirely lined, sleeveless with a scoop neckline and a faux wrap skirt in the front.
