80's Floral Patchwork Pleated Dress by Breli Originals hippie festival I adore this piece butThis vintage dress from Breli Originals was union made right here in the USA, and as such it is very nice quality. Silky soft polyester with a pleated skirt, double breasted button closure at the bust and elastic waist. 3 4 Sleeves with button cuffs and the best floral patchwork print in shades of blue and yellow. Bust measures 40", waist 27 36" (elastic), length 42". Excellent condition.
