The locket is hinged tight which is why in the images of it opened has my stork scissors holding it open

Condition is near mint with one small repair to fabric at bottom right hem (see pic)

and a coin pocket

though it's hard to see due to the multiple layers

40's Black Felt Velour Hat with Long Black and Red Feathers follies club hialeah The locket is hinged tightVery smart little black velour felt hat with small brim and two long red and black feathers that are attached at the back and curve over the top of the hat. This hat has a wide black grosgrain ribbon hat band and is made to sit on the crown of the head. The feathers are missing just a few pieces ( please zoom in on pictures ) but it does not take away from the beauty of this hat. Condition: Very Good Vintage Condition Label: ADJ. M. S. C. Imported
