This is a fabulous piece which is designed to be worn over leggings or a slip. The skirt is designed with a wide black satin waistband, large bow and a tulip design of four long curved panels overlapping to the floor. Made in a magenta moire taffeta with a peach satin lining. Great styled over black leggings, stilettoes and a strapless sweetheart bodice or t shirt. Fastening: button and velvet
