Raffia covers the discs making the wide hat brims and the crowns look like braided raffia. There's fruit too or maybe those are flowers? Soft moss in between, such an amazing detail The clips are hard to read without a loupe but they do say "West Germany". The clips work! Will come in a little gift box. Ruler set to give idea of size.
