1940s Felt Tilt Hat with Veil rust they just inserted a wide1940s deep brown felt hat with a small rolled brim. There is a generous veil that hangs over the face and trails behind the head. The rear of the hat is adorned with brightly colored feathers and sort of resembles a small bird. Hat is secured with a piece of cording and the label reads "Desmond's Southern California". Hat size is 22 1 2. Excellent vintage condition.
