Bill Gibb was the designer at Baccarat from 1969 1972. We're unsure if this dress falls into those years, but it has design elements that were at least influenced by Bill Gibb. It has a genuine suede yoke and cuffs with a python sawtooth trim, 3 4 length balloon sleeves, built in tie at the neck, and a pocket at each side. It comes with the original wide suede belt
