Edwardian Ivory Feather and Black Velvet Hat combat Long Length: 36Very unique ivory feather pillbox style hat dating to between 1910 1920. Body is a black velvet with only the crown showing. Sides are completely covered in short off white feathers. Interior is lined with a black fabric. Inner circumference is 24 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.
