Just the kind of dress our American friends would have worn to the school prom. The skirt comprises a bottom layer of mauve rayon covered with a layer of soft tulle and two layers of stiff baby blue tulle. The bodice is also covered in blue tulle with rosettes of blue sequins and beads and a pleated crossover band of pink satin. The shaped waistline
