It has a built in necktie, rolled up cuffs, thin shoulder pads, and ruching at the yoke. The blouse fastens in the front with six buttons. There is some dicoloration to the armpits, but it's otherwise in very good condition. It has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear.
