The dress has a square cut bodice with fitted waist and straight cut skirt and is draped with silk chiffon pleats

Vintage 1950s Ivory Beaded Satin Top and Skirt size small small rust mark on theOriginal vintage 1950s ivory duchess satin full skirt and beaded top set. The bodice has a fitted cut with shot sleeves and a scoop neckline. A swirled couching stitch covers the top with delicate silver beaded leaves that finish with a pearl centre. Long line cut to the hips. The skirt is full with a backed lining to stiffen and pleats at the waist. Fabric: rayon duchess satin with hand applique couching and beading.
