I did wonder if it was originally for a teen as quite a small neck if you fasten with  hook and eye (see measurements) - but it does fit fine on an adult mannequin fastened with the neck strap as shown

The elastic is very slightly worn/rubbed at centre back

and the leaves are also waxed to match

Very pretty mid brown velvet background with pink floral repeat pattern. The bodice features an asymmetric mock neckerchief trim to neckline, with side neck bow.
