Excellent vintage condition~I saw a tiny snag below he shoulder but otherwise no issues to note

The rear of the hat is adorned with brightly colored feathers and sort of resembles a small bird

I believe this to be from the 1980s or so

Raglan sleeves extend 3/4 length and waistline seam is dropped to create a slim silhouette through the middle
