70’s Semi-Sheer Blue Floral Skirt 70s rose dress from top of shoulder/collar seam:1970s vintage skirt. Blue and green with white, mustard and light pink floral design throughout. Semi sheer with elastic waist. Features a slightly uneven hemline for extra flow. A perfect summer piece! No label or fabric information. It seems like a cotton or a cotton poly blend.
