70’s Velveteen Cutout Dress by Young Edwardian by Arpeja gatsby wedding Contrasting pink trim1970S vintage dress. Wine red with black embroidered and cut out floral motif at the bottom of the skirt. Features a scalloped hem. Ties around the waist and buttons up at the back. Label is Young Edwardian by Arpeja. In excellent pristine vintage condition! Size on tag is 7. It would fit S M best.
