She is beautifully crafted in a romantic rose print cotton and has a gorgeous cut with scoop neck, lovely shaped sleeves and a nipped in waist with peplum. Do I even need to mention THE SMOCKING!!!! How amazing is this dress? You just simply cannot find dresses like this dream anymore. I cannot wait to see
