It was no doubt sewn by its owner, in a heavy brushed cotton twill of variegated blue and white stripe, gathered onto a narrow waistband made of royal blue wool folded over on the bias. It fastens with two robust hook and eyes, and there's one enormous (hidden) pocket, on the right side. The hem is finished with blue cording. When I say this is
