This dress is a bright red color with white floral embroidery across the bodice, under the arms, and down towards the bottom. I believe the material is cotton but there are no tags as it is a handmade vintage item. Small flaws as shown in pic. Measured laying flat pit to pit 23 in, waist and hips 27in, length 43 in. Modern size one size fits all up to 2X.
