Base colour is black, with large, multicolour (orange y brown or brown y orange, light green, and blue) spots dotted across the surface (or perhaps they're dots, spotted across the surface). Flared shape, with panel at hem creating extra volume (almost a very gentle ruffle). Hem itself left unfinished raw, to fray.
