I think this was made by Individual; no tag found. Side metal zipper and button closure. Dark blue and dark sage green with white. Accordion pleat full circle. This was purchased along other skirts of similar size and were marked jr but this could be for pre adolescent. Please consider measurements. WAIST 25 HIPS free LENGTH 18 CONDITION: zipper
