Features wide spaghetti straps, sweethear neckline with a tie, wide smocked high waist trimmed in ruffles, and a low square back. Pull over style. Made from 100% smooth polyester material. Brand PBJ by Jerell Tagged size 9 but please double check measurements for accurate fit. Bust does have some room with the tie and the smocked waist has a little stretch. Excellent vintage condition with no
