1940s Ivory Stone Studded Gown floral I believe this dress was

I believe this dress was altered a long time ago as it has a very deep hem and there are some extra stitches around the zipper and some different colored thread inside

The original insoles were replaced with muslin and some padding was added beneath

fit the size 2 form well

There is a pinhole in the back of the bodice

It has a cap that hugs the back of the head and then twe flaps that frame the face
