French seams and three button fastening with cocoon shaped silk satin buttons. Tailored cut with small side vents. Press stud to bottom may well be a later addition but left in place as useful if worn loose! Condition is very good, aside from some minor yellowing discolouration at the underarms but its only noticeable internally and in certain lights now. I have
