There is an awful lot of very fine hand stitching

I'd bought with the intention of wearing under a pinafore style maxi dress

Buckle is approx 2 and 1/2" x 2" when fastened

Felt had been added to rear of inner band by previous owner to sit in place. Nice soft material, and asymmetric style. Simple but effective, with grosgrain ribbon trim. Measures: Internal circumference 22 approx Condition: Good. A couple of pressure marks to velvet but all in good order, will give another quick steam!
