1940s Kay Collier Dress Set platforms also elasticized1940s rayon crepe two piece dress by Kay Collier. Lovely together and great as separates. Top features ruffled sleeves and peplum with three oversized buttons. Skirt has a side button placket. Very nice condition, I noted a mend in the skirt on the hip area and a few very small snags. Overall just minor wear commensurate with age, presently beautifully without obvious flaws. Fits and xs to small, fabric has some stretch. Top Bust: 35" 36" Waist: 23"
