"Cirque Forever" Black, Silver & Red Circus Carousel Wired Veil Hat accessories This watermelon headpiece attaches withRed & silver glitter and silver "circus tent" inspired moulded hat base finished with silver hand moulded filigree, with a black wire frame decorated with silver hand moulded carousel horses. The hat is lined with satin underneath and attaches with adjustable hat elastic and a comb. It's a quirky one of a kind hat that would be amazing for Ascot and also a very unusual veil that would work well for a masquerade ball if you preferred to not wear a mask
