Punset Barbaresco Riserva "Basarin" - 2016 (750ml) 1976 Deep yet polishedMade by pioneering female winemaker, Marina Marcarino, this delicious wine comes from wines that were converted or organic methods in 1982 and have been farmed biodynamically since 1990. She not only converted her vineyards, she convinced all of her neighbors to convert to organic methods as well! Super classic in production with a slow 45 day ferment and 2 additional weeks skin contact followed by 3 years of aging in Slavonian oak botte. The nose is
