The heavy gauge rubber bottom is double stitched to the bag and is very durable, even in cold weather. Constructed of heavy weight black canvas. This bag has a Hook N Loop storm flap for additional protection. Two large outside pockets, one with 12 elastic tool holders. Pockets have flaps with snaps. Two sturdy nylon handles.
