"Float" Surreal Bubble Blowing Fascinator Hat wedding hats This bunny brooch is madeFabulously surreal floating hand crystalled lips blowing bead bubbles which as suspended on a wire "veil". The lips are backed with black silk velvet. The bubble blower is diamond silver edged in rainbow crystals. The base is blocked black felt. This is a quirky, fun, statement hat This hat is one of a kind, it has black & white polka dot satin lining, is very light weight so very comfortable to wear, attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic.
