Georgian Heart Brooch Jade the central sapphire is 2A particularly lovely Georgian blue glass and rose diamond witch's heart brooch set in 18ct gold and silver. The tail of a witch's heart always twists to one side, originally these were used to ward off evil, but by the Georgian Era, they were given to loved ones as proof of being 'bewitched' as love tokens.
