It features two pear shaped diamonds, positioned diagonally opposite each other in the side petals, along with smaller diamonds. The top leaf is set with diamonds in various sizes. There is also a loop at the back that could be used for a safety chain. The brooch contains approximately 3. 40 carats of diamonds, graded H J in colour and SI clarity on average, with one or two
