Polished only to 80% (a very light polish ratio) so very rich with both moderated rice aromas combined with lifted fruitiness. There are only 4 employees workers at this tiny brewery. SMV:+3; Acidity: 1. 6+ , Alc: 16% Importer's Notes: Subtle aromas with a nuance of marshmallow and coconut, with a powerful flavor of pineapple, followed by a touch of exotic spices.
