The table having an inset brown & red hued tooled & gilded leather writing surface, the edge of the table with a substantial gilded bronze 'egg & dart' trim. The serpentine shaped base with ebony panels inset with fruitwood floral marquetry, a single drawer to the center and corresponding marquerty panels
