Domaine Valette "Et Pourtant" Mag Farming_Organic he founded Podere Magia: 3Grapes: Chardonnay Region : Burgundy Vintage: NV Viticulture: Organic + Biodynamic Notes from the Importer: Et Pourtant comes from Chardonnay grapes whose vines are about 70 years old, grown on clay limestone soil. Harvesting is done manually and the grapes are pressed slowly. The wine is matured on the fine lees for 12 months in oak barrels that have contained 3 to 5 different wines, before being transferred to tanks for a further 18 months. The Cuve
