Col Solare Cabernet Sauvignon - 2018 (750ml) Size:750ml PRESSING: Yabuta(2018 vintage) "This is almost all varietal, with just a smidge of Cabernet Franc (3%). The aromas bring brooding notes of spice, anise, and cherry drop. The palate is dense and structured, with firm but polished tannins. A pleasing lick of fruit persists on the finish.
