Crabapple season is brief, and the apples are captured at their peak, grown and harvested in British Columbia. Beverage recommendations: pairs well with both white and oak matured spirits, world whiskey especially Irish and Blended Scotch, vermouth, beer & cider, sparkling water & wine.
