By Mason's of England it is the Paynsley pattern with a bouquet of flowers at the center and a miniature Fleur De Lis print around the border. Its hard to find in green, especially with the hand painted touches of color through the flowers. Looks great displayed vertically or horizontally! Measures: 15 Condition: No chips or cracks, some crazing is present.
