This  arch shaped dish features an all over Paisley Chintz pattern in shades of blue and taupe

some of which is worn

the stool pays homage to its original counterpart by being decorated with simulated nail-heads

The crested front has two French sayings:  “Dieu et mon droit" across the bottom of the coat of arms and “Honi soit qui mal y pense
