CCMT09T308-F1 TH1000 Turning Insert 83995 Taper : BT50A revolutionary new grade for all hard turning. TH1000 is a TiSiN TiAlN Nanolaminate PVD coated grade. Its coating structure includes a Nanolaminate PVD top layer for maximum toughness and high chipping resistance. TH1000 is also highly resilient to edge fracture, the kind of wear that typically occurs when turning hard surfaced components and during finish turning of hardened steel parts.
