Jean-François Ganevat 'Les Chalasses' Vieilles Vignes Côtes du Jura, 2019 cherry it so much fun to100% Chardonnay from some of Ganevat's oldest vines planted in 1902 on grey marl soils. Vinified by whole cluster fermentation lancienne the old fashioned way the wine goes through full malolactic conversion, is aged for 3 years in barrel and only minimal sulfur is added at bottling. 'Les Chalasses' is his heartiest cuve, and will surely stand the test of time. Pair this absolutely legendary and extremely rare bottle of wine on a special night with a
