Alice et Olivier De Moor 'Coteau de Rosette' Chablis, 2022 Schilling Beer Co This wine is vibrant and100% Chardonnay from one of De Moor's best plots, with the exception of the Premier Crus. It is known for its heavy clay soils, and produces slightly richer, more textured expressions. This bottling is aged in a combination of small foudre, which are still a large 1200L, 228L barrels, and enamel lined tanks. It sees 11 months on the lees without racking.
