This piece is just wow! A stunning dress in layers of black silk georgette, with perfectly placed beading, giving a reflection on water effect. Fitted upper with empire waistline, with pin tucking and the cutest little knot like detail at the front, pointed at the back. A slightly flared silhouette, with car wash style flaps at the bottom of the outer most
