Straight Bourbon Whiskey 70% Dark Chocolate baby The most beautiful little ColoradoBeginning with the highest quality cacao from Vanuatu, we set out to create a chocolate bar unlike anything else we make. We began by aging cocoa nibs in bourbon whiskey barrels. Once fully aged, we use these delicious nibs to create a 70% dark chocolate bar adding only cocoa butter and cane sugar.
