It was distilled in 2005 and left to age in first fill bourbon barrels until 2018, when it was bottled at 43% ABV. The label is enjoyably retro styled, featuring an old, old wooden ship. Nose: Sharp green apple, melted butter, a touch of spent match underneath fresh malt notes. Palate: Creamy vanilla and runny honey. Citrus acidity
