The rubies display a gorgeous colour and have a total carat weight of approx. 7ct. A cluster of diamond flower petals spread from the centre (round and marquise), a great contrast to the rubies with an elegant touch. It's crafted in 18k gold, white and yellow, and the diamonds are surrounded with pretty millegrain details. Made to fit a 7. 3 inch
