Closerie Du Loup 'Racines' VdF, 2021 poland half of the harvest isThis wine is made from 62% Tannat, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Cabernet Franc. Coming from what's considered an "ephemeral vintage" the grapes ripened quickly but turned into very balanced wine despite slightly youthful tannins. It's extremely juicy showing tons of dark berry fruit and sweet spice. We would pair it with lighter cuts of beef or lamb burgers.
