It forms a 2' 3' tall rosette of long, narrow, leathery bluish green leaves. Its striking flower stalk can reach heights of 8 feet, and atop this stalk, stands a beautiful spike of yellowish flowers that stretches 2 3' high. They will typically send up flower stalks only once every few years. When these
